Took my daughter in this morning for the flu.  The receptionist staff leave a lot to be desired.  They had to finish their personal conversation before even attempting to assist us. Then the person that finally helped us was rude and course.  The NP that called my daughter back was very  nice and friendly, loved her.  Barely saw the doctor and he argued with me about what my daughter had, but after insisting on having her tested, he relented, and oh her test was positive!!  She is now resting with medications on board.  I prefer Southside Urgent Care and will go there next time we need quality care.

I was really nervous coming here because of all the negative reviews, but I had a great experience! It was the best care I've gotten since I moved to MI five months ago. Lydsey was my nurse, she was great, super nice and listened to my problems and concerns. Took all my information and vitals accurately. Then I was seen by Dr. Laurie Brush, she was fantastic as well! She listened to me, did a thorough check of everything and she answered all my questions. She was also super nice. I would definitely recommend going here, I know I'll be going back next time I need urgent care.

Very long wait-over an hour in the room and an hour a half beforehand for Mobil check in. Waiting with littles that long is hard to do especially when I did mobile check in to avoid the lengthy wait time. Doctor and nurse were both great though and I appreciate that!

This place is ridiculous. My wife has a pre existing condition. She's seeing multiple specialists in Ann Arbor. When my wife had to go into this urgent care today because of something that happened, they did a hack job on patching her cut finger, and kept insisting that she HAD to be on drugs of some kind. If you have any choice in the matter, go anywhere else. To heck with this place

I recommend you only to come here if you have the entire day to wait. The wait was not supposed to be that long except they called two people ahead of us who came in after us and signed in after us and we're put on the monitor to be seen after us. The staff just sit there and look at you like you're stupid when you protest. I do not recommend this to anyone nor will I be coming back.
