I ordered rubber gym flooring to replace some of the damaged Capri Cork flooring I already had in my business. I sent pictures of my existing flooring and worked closely with Spartan Surfaces to match the pattern and color of the existing floor. What I received didn't fit at all (see picture). I contacted Spartan and talked to several people without any success. Everyone told me this was obviously their mistake but nobody has followed through to resolve the problem and make it right. I've been very patient and to this day no one will return my messages and calls. In the last conversation I had they asked for me to pay the return freight ($400) and 30% restocking fee for a mistake that they admit was not mine. Not a very ethical business in my opinion so I would recommend not doing business with them.
