Staffing is piss poor. Been waiting for over an hour to upgrade a new phone. They have been with the same customers since we walked in. Seems to be only 3 people working. Everytime you think they are finished it's" but wait, there's more". Many people have walked out since I've been here. Sad when you can buy a car faster than upgrading your phone.

I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man named "Matt". He was extremely helpful, courteous. He is definitely an asset to this location in Bel Air. Most of the associates must be very helpful...it was extremely busy when I went there in the middle of the afternoon (middle of the week).

Totally suck . not enough employees to help . wait time is horrendous . staff overly friendly takes way too long .

Anthony Huynh took great interest in my issues and made it his priority to take care of my situation. Though AT&T doesn't share his concern and respect, he is a great and knowledgeable employee.

Rude staff, if I decide I don’t want a service att provides I do not need to be pestered about why I don’t want it. Will not go back.
