AWESOME PLACE. Not a usual tourist attraction unless it is STURGIS RALLY week.

We arrived very late, 11:30, the office closes at 8pm so they leave a map with directions to your spot in an envelope outside the office. Happy to see level grassy area which was large enough for 3 tents. Owners were very nice, prompt delivery of wood, an additional table (there were 6 of us)and brought a cover for our fire (without us asking) on a windy evening. I was told by one of the owners they are building new bathrooms in the off season which begins around October, they were very clean but I was told the men's was a little more awkward (men's stalls next to showers with the front door in view) but I can't verify that :-) There was at times gusts of wind that lasted for an hour everyday so tie down well. Also free Wifi, another plus!

Owners were awesomely nice! Great level spots! They were a little narrow, it was raining and walking around our truck was creating muddy spots, the dually barely fit in the stone area. Bathrooms need updated, but they are working on building/renovating new ones, can't wait to come back and see them. We almost never stay in the same place twice on a trip, but we came back for a second night here :)

Enjoyed our stay at this campground. .clean. ..friendly...well kept. .will highly recommend this place to all

Someone tried to break into my car not once but TWICE setting off the car alarm. After I turned the alarm off the second time I was already convinced to leave but to make it worse the guy just stood outside the tent breathing hard and cussing for a few minutes. I packed up and left and the perv watched me the whole time. I called the police on my way out and they basically asked me "which guy was it" as of this was a normal occurrence. I was there a grand total of maybe 2 hours, but felt much safer sleeping in my car at a gas station 100 miles away. Never liked KOAs for the creeps there and definitely never going back to this one.
