I had a fantastic experience at Spearfish GMC. Kristi Arambel was my salesperson and she did a great job of helping me find a unit which worked for me and she made the process really easy. She also knew that I was looking for something for my wife and found a unit which would also work for her. Kristi was very persistent and made the whole experience very nice. The service department is also very experienced. I look forward to using them for the years to come. Spearfish GMC/Cadillac is great.

It was my first time in South Dakota and my 3500 Dually Silverado needed an oil change. It had a camper in its bed. We had been cross country over 7000 miles and we're heading back home to Upstate New York State in Clifton Park. We had just been turned away from the Chevy Dealership across the street and the service advisor did not want to help us find a place. He was too busy. We came into the GMC Dealership and were greeted by John Martin, the Service Manager. He asked how our day was going and we said it wasn't good. He told us he wanted to make it better. We told him our pickup with a camper in it needed an oil change. He said we can do that. We have done oil changes on the floor before he said. We will do it at 1:00 and get you on your way. We came back at 1:00 and spoke with Service Advisor, Dave Callaway, who immediately got it started and completed in less than an hour. We love Spearfish GMC. They certainly know how to treat people well.

My family and I were a 1000 miles from home when the powering steering pump failed. Everyone was ready to help and got us in and quickly. If I lived closer I wouldn't go any were else. A+ service and help.
