We have been to this particular Urgent Care probably 10 times in the last couple of years (we always seem to get ill or need help on the weekends) We have always had great care and service from this location. Great doctors, great receptionists. I saw the negative reviews and was very surprised and felt compelled to share our family's experience. It is true that wait times CAN be long but it happens because when you arrive there are already people in front of you, but also what can happen is that a patient can get bumped by someone who is more seriously ill. The same thing would happen in Emergency, but Emergency is MUCH more expensive. I think it is an amazing service.

I'm required to come here for an annual work physical. The doctors are typically slow to get around and you should expect to have long wait, although the nurses that do all the grunt work prior to the physical (audio, blood, vision, etc.) have always been great even with my dread of needles. I also came back here after waking up feeling fine one morning, when suddenly I was hit with extreme muscle fatigue, extreme pounding headache, nausea, dizziness, and disorientation. Having been heavily exposed to ticks and mosquitoes a week or so prior to these symptoms (I looked like I had chicken pox the bites were so bad) and never having experienced symptoms of this magnitude, I came to this urgent care and asked to be tested for tick and mosquito borne illnesses as a precaution. I explained to the doctor symptoms and concerns and he completely disregarded me because I did not notice any bulls-eye type rash on my skin, and therefore, he claimed I wouldn't have a tick or mosquito borne disease. Instead, he diagnosed me with an acute respiratory infection (told him it was my allergies making my nose stuffy), printed me off all kinds of information on respiratory infections, and sent me on my way. I still pressured him for a blood test, so they drew blood and told me I'd have results within a few weeks. I never received anything and am not certain the blood was even tested, despite being charged for it all. Definitely would NOT recommend this facility for any reason.

On the first visit, the receptionist was clearly overwhelmed and was somewhat rude to my wife. After a wait of over an hour she was finally seen and then told that she shouldn't have come here for this sort of problem(an intense headache); no matter that it was 10 minutes closer than a hospital. We ended up needing to see a doctor on a weekend. This time, we got in line online and arrived ~10 minutes before the noted time. She still was left waiting for over an hour past the maximum time noted online before actually being seen. We will not make the same mistake again.

Check in was a breeze! Wait time was only 20 minutes. Very impressed.

They have the proper equipment for almost anything you need looked at, but don't expect them to actually help you. Went in with extreme foot pain and they basically said you look fine and sent me out the door after taking my money. These aren't doctors they're con artists. Go to a hospital that cares about their patients instead!
