Multiple issues on their part with scheduling install- they got the wrong address and had to completely cancel the order, then the next day the tech never showed up or called me...even after my 4 phone calls to spectrum asking for a phone call from the tech... customer service did not take any responsibility and supervisor said he would not offer any compensation for install fee (after our 4 day delay) or even note the system to approve a credit to our account until “after” installation was made. Yeah, after we’re locked in and they probably offer me nothing- don’t think so. We cancelled & att was able to help us right away. Missed a bullet there.

There is only one person helping customers at the counter and a line in the store. I feel bad for the employee having to feel rushed and the customers having to wait in line.
