They use to be great, we bought a lot from them. The customer services has really gone down hill as well as the quality of furniture. This will be out last purchase! We purchased a living room set and by the second month the love seat was falling apart. I called and they said, it's under warranty and we'll send someone out to look at it. This takes a week and then approximately 3 weeks to have the review complete and the furniture replaced. Never again!

Last week I came in to this Badcock the service was amazing Aaron helped me and he was so helpful and kind. The owners are always nice and helpful as well

I purchased a sophia table. Custumer service was great. I was very satisfied with the financing and the online website payment options. Now my table is paid I am looking forward to by my bedroom set soon

We had a great experience. They were very patient while I went back and forth between two couches for about an hour. I got a great deal and we loved the staff.

Update: I was contacted by the Badcock store and told they would replace the reclining loveseat. They did apologize for the inconvenience and told me they had already ordered the new one. It is scheduled to be here tomorrow. They explained that it was not their policy to review, repair or replace but that of the manufactures. Thank you Julie for taking care of this for us.
