I got my oil change here and the service was quick. It is definitely an alternative to the dealership. It beats having to spend those long hours at your typical dealership.

This place is ridiculous. My husband went in for an oil change and inform Orlando he had a coupon. The man took a glance at my husbands car and said "you can't use it for this car." My husband is aware the car uses synthetic oil and that there would be an extra charge, but this ignorant employee assumed my husband had no money and told him "if you want for that price go to Walmart" unreal. Not happy with that, when asked about the price of changing the transmission oil he says,"Its expensive for this type of cars and people don't want to pay for it." Really? What a piece of ----!!.  The owner of this place needs to reevaluate the kind of people he hires and how they are addressing customers. It's no wonder this place has 2 stars over all.  Google shows them as permanently closed maybe thats how they should be. Pathetic man totally felt my husband was discriminated.

Stay away. Tgis place is set to
rob you. I went for auto repai, they put my vehicle on rack nd started bargaining. Buch of unprofessional ppl. Therr are much nicer auto repair shops in livermore
