Employees think it's social hour on the clock...one specific employee Katasha in particular. When she took her sweet time swiping my I.D. after I patiently waited in line to purchase my items, while talking to her friend that was in line, as she handed back my I.D. I grabbed it from her hand and she shouted in front on the whole store HEYY WHY YOU SNATCHIN? YOU GOT A PROBLEM? I calmly said nope. Paid and left. People don't know what work is these days. Some people have things to do and when you spend your hard earned dollar at an establishment and you get service like that it makes you not want to go back. If I had that lack of attention towards my customers I wouldn't have any. As I left she yelled HOPE YOU HAVE A BETTER DAY! Pay attention to your customers!

If i couls rate a ZERO i would, public hair in the sink, mucky water on the floors dirt everywhere and smelly. I would rather have my kids use the bathroom outside! How digusting and a waste of time!

Leadership should be ashamed of the condition and lack of cleanliness.  Disgusting. There was every type of solid and liquid bodily fluid, apparatuses and even injectable items on the flood.  It looked like a couple of heroin addicts had relations and then a bloody fight in the bathroom. 

No soap, urinal had crime tape on it, no toilet paper. Door was broke, huge gap in door and bent hinges, lock didn't want to unlock, sink was broke, matter and splatter everywhere, toilet paper roll was soaked. I didn't even know how to safely exit after locking it, I had nothing to protect my hands and the and drove elsewhere to use the latrine. 

Normally don't expect too much from a gas station, but even after telling the MOD that t needed attention he said "I'm bout to go on break" and looked at an older woman who said "ain't my job honey". At which point the manager said "until corporate pays to fix it, we won't touch it. File a complaint and maybe it will get fixed". 

I imagine if a family had to stop here? Disgraceful. 

Note: The rest of the place looked ok and newer, but the hot food on the roller was attended by the same people as the bathrooms. Not that I was planning on eating it, but the whole experience spoiled my appetite for the day and I literally put hand sanitizer on my soles of my shoes.
