The team at Speedwell Design is amazing. They helped us with our stair runners, and we had such a great experience we went back for our basement flooring. Everything turned out great - they were fast with measuring dates, quotes, and install. Reasonable and accommodating on prices and working within our budget. Communication was excellent when we needed flexibility on install dates. And installation was flawless - truly professionals. Would highly recommend them over other nearby flooring providers.

We were looking for a high quality traditional stair runner and pad at a reasonable price, I found Speedwell Design Center on the internet and was drawn there (rather than to the alternative we considered) because of the warmth, brightness, and helpfulness of the person who answered the phone. Our in-person experience was even better than expected. Ashley quickly grasped what our taste was, and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic (without any pressure) as we made a choice from the wide selection available. Everything about this experience was pleasurable: clear communication, prompt service, and installers who knew their business and worked efficiently and considerately. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and will certainly return to Speedwell as we continue renovating.

Supporting the local business community is important to me, assuming I can do so at a reasonable cost.  For the past 20 years, I have visited the showroom at Speedwell Design Center and purchased wallpaper, floor covering and window treatments.  I find the staff to be knowledgeable, creative and responsive.  Product selection is excellent.  Installers are timely, neat and expert in their fields.  Prices are good, particularly when compared to other brick & mortar establishments in the community.  I strongly recommended Speedwell Design to friends and neighbors because they provide local support and they consistently deliver on their promises.

Dagmar was very patient and helpful with carpet selection.  Provided as many samples as I needed! The selection is terrific - so many great options and she helped navigate based on what I needed.  The installation team were very friendly and did an amazing job.  Everyone was very professional and hustled to make it all happen. Will use them again!

I absolutely loved doing business with Speedwell Design Center.  
Dagmar and Kathy were wonderful. They were pleasant, customer service focused and professionally hands-on.  They listened to my desires and helped me to address my needs to my explicit satisfaction.   Joe provided perfect installation of all of my window treatment.  He was flawless, timely, clean and very professional.
I can best convey my satisfaction with Speedwell Design Center by stating that I would love to business with them again in the future.  I am not easy to please, but I am extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the products that I received.
I appreciated the great service.
