I love this library. Not only is it beautiful but there is a great selection of books and amenities. However, I visited the other day to donate some magazines and I was disappointed with the service. 

I was standing in line (there was no one else in line) and there were two employees who did not greet me or even acknowledge that I was standing there until after they finished their conversation, which did not even seem to be work related.

The woman who helped me seemed generally irritated until I told her that I was just there to donate. Her entire mood changed and she was pleasant. Go figure. I've had excellent service in the past but I was not impressed this time around.

This is the nicest library I have been to, and that includes the NYC and LA libraries. Great facilities with plenty of computers and IT resources, and large areas for spending time reading the latest newspapers and magazines. A huge selection of DVDs, games, and a decent number of graphic novels. Upstairs are many conference rooms and more magazines focused towards business and finance. Last but not least, the place is clean and beautifully designed.

This is the coolest library I have ever been. It had a big fountain of a globe as you walk in. It is a huge library on both levels. It had for places and nooks too read and relax. The staff is very nice and very helpful.

This library is one of the most beautiful and clean buildings I have ever had the pleasure of visiting,  not to mention the variety and scope of materials they provide.  The staff is also polite and more than happy to assist if needed. A library to be proud of I must say. Thank you.
