I want to thank Ron Baus, Dillon H. and the rest of the sales staff for giving my family treating my family with such great care while my 82 yr old father bought what will probably be his last car. They were extremely helpful and patient while he picked out just the right car for him. All the original staff who recognized my father from buying cars there 20 plus years ago all came buy to say hello. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you and you have a return customer for life.

Best car buying experience I have had. Our salesman Buddy was great. We never felt pressured, he knew what our monthly payment needed to be and kept us in that price range. Even when we thought the deal would not go through I told my wife I would come back to Spirit to buy a car from Buddy. The owners did a great job working with the banks to get the deal we needed. The car we bought was on their lot for less than 24 hours and never had a chance to be service in their garage. They told us not to worry they would run it through the shop and take care of any issues with it and that is exactly what they did. Service guys Miguel and Fred were great and took care of the minor issues. Will and have already told family and friends about our experience and if they need a car Spirit is the place to go.

Fast and courteous. From the moment I arrived for a test drive up to the final interactions, I was impressed with the service at Spirit. Buddy had clear customer focus at the forefront of everything he did. Glad I went to Spirit and extremely happy with my new car.

Came in on their money carlo promotion. I ended up with the smart watch like everyone else. Ended up looking around and found a great deal on a Ram 1500 loaded. They made it simple and easy. Sending my friends and family to them. The sales event staff was helpful and professional

I have now used this dealerships for services and to look at purchasing a vehicle. Let me start with the services department. Any time I call they are able to get me in the next day. They offer a service shuttle so I can drop my car off and return to work. They also have worked to make sure it is done if I have a pick-up deadline. The service department gets 5 stars from me. Now onto the sales team, or the reason this is not a 5 star review. I recently went in to look at a used vehicle. When my sister and I walked onto the lot we were greeted by a sales man but allowed to continue on our own. After standing by a perticular vehicle for some time (reading the window tag and checking the body) no one came over to speak with us (we were in the front of the lot and still visible to the salesman who greeted us). We then went over to him and asked for information he started off friendly. I took the vehicle for a test drive and mentioned I wanted to hear the motor; the salesman proceeded to talk the entire drive. Back at the dealership I was asked multiple times if I would be paying in cash (I confirmed the first time I asked that I would be paying cash.) I had additional questions regarding the vehicle that the salesman could not answer so he brought the head of the sales department over. His first question was if I would be paying cash, not about my concerns regarding the vehicle. He was unable to answer my questions about the vehicle. I then clearly stated I would not be leaving with any vehicle that day and his attitude immediately change. He then proceeded to treat me as if I was wasting his time. If it was possible I would give 0 stars to the sales team here.
