I was out looking for my first new car.  I had no intentions on purchasing just doing my research.  I was approached by Daryl and he let us take a few cars out.  I found one I loved and left 3 hours later with a car.  Daryl was an awesome salesman and coming from retail sales - that says a lot.  Thanks to Daryl I had wonderful customer service.  I highly recommend him.  Mike in finance was super nice and professional as well.  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great place!  Thank you for a smooth stress free experience.

I’m writing this review to alert the consumer about the horrible service I experienced with Cherry Hill Nissan’s service dept. In 2014, I purchased a 2012 Nissan Titan from them. It wasn’t long after the purchase that I started having problems with my heater. I took my truck into have the problem identified and fixed. After numerous attempts, it took over a year (two winters) before the problem was finally resolved. After the heater issue was finally resolved, I started having problems with my air conditioning. It hadn’t been cooling properly and I also heard a rattling sound. I had it serviced about 4-5 times and they could never identify the problem. After no results, I took it to Chapman Nissan in Philadelphia. Within two hours they had told me what was wrong with the air conditioning and also identified the rattling sound. Because there were so many problems at Cherry Hill Nissan, I started dealing with the Service Manager, Bob Miller directly. He tried to compensate me with free oil changes. Believe it or not, that didn’t even run smoothly. I was disappointed with the length of time it took (couple of hours) and my vehicle always had grease smudges on the inside and outside of it. I guess he was tired of my complaints even though they were legitimate that he stopped returning my calls. Overall, Cherry Hill Nissan is not a bad dealership. I had no problems with the sales department but the service department leaves an awful lot to be desired. I also recommend not buying the extended warranty from them either. There’s a lot of haggling back and forth regarding what’s covered and what’s not.

my experience a few months back with one of the other salesmen had me searching for another dealer. However, Jamie reached back out to me helped me with the problem I was having set me up to meet with Franklin who set me up with the car and the transition and Jim helped with my warranty and papers. Ended up being a great experience, Thanks!

A very good experience, I would of loved giving them my business. Unfortunately I didn't have time waiting on a vehicle and they didn't have what I was looking for. A+ experience and looking forward to doing business with them in the future

I've been leasing from them for 12 years now and have always been treated well and am satisfied with their services. Here's to another 12 years.
