Worst place ever. When I went to pick up my dogs from here they gave me the wrong girl dog and tried convincing me that the dog was mine. It wasn’t until the owner of the dog they were trying to give me walked into the store that they stopped reassuring me that the dog was mine and they brought MY dog out. I know how my baby looks and how she acts. Never bringing my dibs back here again because what if next time they give my dog to someone else before I get there and I never get my baby back? And not to mention how scared my other baby Rex was. I’ve never seen him shaking as bad as he did when I picked him up. Seriously just don’t bring your dogs in here.

No one ever answers the phone! The promt message does not even say if it is Splash Grooming or Pizza place next door. How am I supposed to make an appointment? Ask questions? And such...Not professional.

I love this place they are very nice and care for my dog 🐶🐶and I trust them because I know my dog is in good hands and fair prices

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! They are super friendly, fair prices, and always do their best with everything I ask for! They squeeze me in even when they are extremely busy and never fail to do a good job. My little Auggie is a regular there and he loves it as much as I do!
