my dog comes home looking and smelling fresh. and the people seems to be trustworthy and reliable. consistent work every time i bring in my boxer to get washed and nails.

I take my dog and so far they have been the only ones that have been able to get my dog groomed without leaving him all stressed out.

Love the shampoos. Today was my first time letting them trim my dog. They said trimming consists of legs, paws, stomach, private areas, ears, face, tail, and back area. The only area I noticed trimmed was his stomach and private area. Looked like he was bathed and received a blow out. Hair was so uneven and blushy looking. He was also matted after service (only on the legs). I asked can they trim Him more and make him look like he's coming from the groomer, they stated that's more work for them to do. I thought you should always try and please your customers. I paid an extra $20 for nothing. I know the difference between a trim and a haircut. And he didn't receive either. I had to come home and trim him myself.I was able to cut the matted hair off and he looks much better. I'll just stick to Petco. It's more expensive but you get what u you pay for.

HMMM WHERE TO START...SO I CALLED ON A TUESDAY AND SPOKE TO A LADY AT THE PLACE IN REGARDS TO ME BRINGING IN MY 1YR OLD MALTESE AND A 3 MONTH OLD BABY MALTESE..SHE STATED THEY WOULDNT BE TAKING ANY MORE PEOPLE THAT DAY AS THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY. I ASKED IF I WOULD NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AND I WAS TOLD NO, THAT WALK INS ARE WELCOME. I THEN ASKED FOR PRICES AND I WAS TOLD A FLAT RATE FOR THE BIG DOG WAS 35 AND SINCE MY OTHER DOG WAS STILL A PUPPY THEY WOULD ONLY DO BATH...TOES....AND SMALL TRIMMING AND FOR HER IT WOULD BE $10. KEEP IN MIND MY OLDEST DOG WAS MATTED AND I FORGOT TO MENTION .WEDNESDAY I COME INTO THE STABLISHMENT...1 I SEE A SPECIAL SIGN THAT READ "TODAYS SPECIAL $25 FOR SMALL DOGS" 2.I DIDNT EVEN GET GREETED AND A GUY FROM THE BACK JUST COMES AND TAKES MY DOG ....IN SPANISH HE TELLS ANOTHER GUY MY DOG WAS MATTED UP..3 TO MAKE STORY SHORT I WAS QUOTED $60 FOR MY SMALL 1YR OLD MALTESE AND $35 FOR THE PUPPY. I THEN ASKED MY HUSBAND IF WE SHOULD CALL THE OTHER STABLISHMENT DOWN THE STREET WHERE WE NORMALLY TAKE THE DOGS TO.. AND THE GUY WITH THE GLASSES RUDELY TOOK MY DOGS OUT FROM THEIR CAGES AND IN EXACT WORDS SAID " HERE HERE TAKE YOUR DOGS ELSEWHERE...I DONT LIKE WHEN PEOPLE SAY THAT" I THEN TOLD HIM WELL THATS NOT THE PRICES I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE...I UNDERSTOOD THE OLDEST DOG WAS MATTED AND IT WAS AN EXTRA COST..BUT THE PUPPY ALL IT NEEDED WAS A BATH PRETTY MUCH..HE THEN SAYAS WELL IT WAS HIS WIFE THAT ANSWERED AND SHE DIDNT KNOW BETTER....HE THEN TELLS ME I PROBABLY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER....ANYWAYS I KNOW I CALLED THE RIGHT NUMBER AND IF I WERE YOU ID TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE...VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WISH I HAD LOOKED UP THEIR RATINGS BEFORE I WENT THERE BECAUSE FOR A REASON THEY HAVE VERY LOW RATINGS. IF I WERE YOU ID GO TO THE DOG GROOMING DOWN THE STREET FROM THEM...LESS EXPENSIVE AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PUPPIES WITH RESPECT.
