I walked into Splash in Murrysville a couple weeks ago with a design in mind for my bathroom and kitchen. Then I met Janice. WOW. She was amazing. She thought of designs I never considered. The final project is so much better than I ever imagined. Thank you Janice for all your wonderful input. This should be in a magazine

I have been a kitchen and bathroom contractor for over 20 years. Janice has been an absolute jem throughout my many years with SPLASH. She is a fantastic designer  so wonderful to work with. She has designed and  managed over 100 projects for me. She is always very attentive to my clients needs. Janice is detail oriented and an overall go to person for kitchen and bath remodels. I have had nothing but positive responses from all of our clients. Do yourself a favor and contact Janice at SPLASH MURRYSVILLE for a great new construction or remodeling project. You won't go wrong

If there were more stars, I would have checked them.  Janice Tressler is the consummate employee.  She goes well beyond what is expected to ensure that every client is serviced with white glove care.  She is always ahead of the situation and has problems taken care of instantly.  I never have to worry or second guess about an order when working with Janice.  She informs me of the status.  Nicklas Supply should be extremely proud to have an employee of Janice's caliber working for them.  It is always a pleasure dealing with Janice and I look forward to many more professional dealings.

Been a customer for 10+ years and have always worked with Janice at the Murrysville showroom.  Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and a skilled designer.....just a few of the many words that come to mind when I think about the projects we've collaborated on.  Janice consistently delivers such high quality products, as well as customer service.  She goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are completely satisfied and understand the products they purchase.  What a tremendous asset Janice is to the Nicklas/Splash corporation!

Above all the sales lady is the rudest person I chose to deal with while building my home.  Before purchasing and after.  

I purchased very expensive tile from Splash...the board did not match the product that was installed in my new home. 
No help from Splash. When I told her I would contact the manufacturer myself she e-mailed me back  to thank me.  Nice way to treat customers...

 I contacted the distributor myself... they were willing to find a solution.  However, I will be tearing it out and replacing it.
