There are three bikes shops in Twin Falls and this is the oldest one. The owner likes to say his business is paid for so he has less overhead and can get you a good deal on bikes. I really like that they sell used bikes, that's something different. I've taken mine in a few times and have saved a lot of money compared to other bike shops. I like the store and think it's a great place for any first time buyer. 

Bought a Mt. Bike for myself here and I'm happy. Free year of service for that new bike. They treat the customers right.

These Guys are awsome! A friend of mine refured us to (spoke & wheel) so i came here to buy my daughter her first bike. But she grows so fast an Tall, i needed a bike she could grow into. These guys were so Helpful fitting here with a bike that will grow with her, Saveing me from greater expenses.
We will Defiantly continue doing business here.

Went in to get new tubes and tires.  I thought it was a great little store.  They have a pretty good selection of mountain and bmx style bikes. 
The main thing I was impressed with was the cheerful and helpful attitudes of the people working there.  The owner seems very friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied.

This is a great shop!  Lots of good deals and comparable prices to mail order.  I think most people with any common sense can read through the lines concerning the last post.  Jonathan and Telcia, no one guarantees a tube.  There are a lot of reasons your bike could have flatted immediately after the tubes were changed.  Perhaps the rim tape isn't centered or you don't have any and a spoke pushed into the tube.  Maybe you let the pressure drop and then pinch-flatted the tube.  Regardless, if you have any intention to ride a bicycle you should learn to change and patch your own tube.  Buy some levers, a patch kit, and a spare tube.  Did it occur to you that you could run over a piece of glass and have a flat away from home?  If you haven't thought of any of this than you're probably no loss as a customer to Spoke and Wheel which I am not affiliated with in any way, but I have worked at a lot of shops and know your type.  Reasonable people, do not hesitate to visit this shop for any parts or service when in Twin Falls!

I recently took my bike to spoke and wheel and they charged me $65 for a full tune-up and 2 new tubes. 4 days later my back tire went flat. I called to see if they would replace the tire or work with me but they said "there is no guarantee". The story was that they could not guarantee the tubes because they were not the upgraded ones. I understand this problem, but i feel that if you are installing tubes that burst within a few days you need to select a different product or be willing to work with the customer. What is worse is that they selected the replacement tubes (i never stated i wanted the cheapest thing they had). Needless to say i will not be returning to Spoke and Wheel for any servicing.
