I have been there 3-4 times - today was my last. I waited for a haircut for over one hour and when my turn came I was informed someone else was before me. They have no appointments but this person had ":signed in" and had left and returned in time to beat me out of my "next". I resent the fact that I sat and waited and they allow other people to come in, sign in, and then go out and come back to cut in front. This happened to me once before and I didnt realize that it would happen again. Very frustrating. I will not return. The haircuts I have gotten before were OK.

Location is great and Maggie is incredible. Very professional. I finally found someone who does a perfect job for what I need. Thanks Maggie. If you ever leave I'm going to have to know where you go.

My Boyfriend grudgingly went in for a haircut after vowing to never go back from a previous bad experience here. Kelly cut his hair and he was so happy. She did an amazing job!! He said he hasn't been this happy with a haircut since his graduation photo haircut. Thanks Kelly, you're awesome!

the hair cuts are good. but ever since Darcy the manager got transferred. the service is not the same.

You MUST ask for Christine, she is one of the best barbers/stylists we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, super creative and we have never ever left disappointed when she has been there. Both of my boys refuse to see anyone but her! #onpoint #fadetastic
