I'm 7 months pregnant and went to Woodhouse for a facial and massage. First, the staff is very accommodating and kind. They were especially helpful with positioning you so you're comfortable and are conscientious of products and the amount of pressure to apply. I highly recommend going here while pregnant. 

I have been to a lot of spas in Naples and this one is my new favorite. Goli and Adrianna were both fantastic.

I bought a gift card for my parents as a Christmas present and the experience learning about the services was very pleasant and informative thanks to Lisa, one of the front store associates. They will be very happy with this gift.

Excellent! This was my first time visiting this spa, and the staff did a fantastic job with my facial and hand treatment. The staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the ambiance was relaxing. The spa has a very comfortable quiet room where I sipped tea in between treatments on a comfy chaise lounge. I was offered a robe and slippers and access to a locker to keep my things. The changing room is very comfortable and has a steam room and sauna. The services were excellent. This spa did not disappoint; it was exactly what I had been looking for. Looking forward to my next visit.

Let me just say that this Spa is absolutely beautiful , from the decor , the robes  and  slippers tea fruit  and customer service is phenomenal . I took my mother here for her birthday , the only and perhaps the most important disappointment was the massages. We asked for swedish massages and we didnt get that more of a soft caressing of our backs. My mom and I looked at each other as if to say that's it? now we get alot of massages  in Connecticut where we are from.So we were expecting the same if not more based on the service and decor etc. We were sorely mistaken, Beautiful place if that's what you are looking for but I would not recommend the massages get your feet done or a facial  hence the 2 stars.

An absolute gem. Many spa options and great ammeneties.  The staff is fabulous, helpful,  and friendly. Couldn't be happier with my experience.
