We really liked this place. Feels like a cabin in the woods. We checked in on Jan 1st 2016 and it was quite cold in the rooms (understandably). They have baseboard electric heating in the rooms, so it took a while for the room to warm up. The customer service was super friendly and very welcoming. Family run. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you're looking to get away! Not a lot of things around it which makes for a different experience than most hotels. It's clean and our room had a kitchen as well. The staff that I briefly interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent friendly staff. Super clean hotel with a rustic look. Very comfy and super fast wifi. Highly recommended!

Tony and Janet were amazing hosts! We had booked the RV park but due to inclimate weather it just wasn't able to accommodate the RV. However we had an AMAZING stay with warm rooms, hot showers, cozy beds and beautiful snowy mountains all around us. Excellent dining at The Hitching Post. This is a hunter's paradise and are pets were warmly welcomed! We can't say enough great things ;) We will definitely be back in the summer for fishing!
