Spent 4 days here and it was just great. The fishing was fantastic, the food at the lodge was very good, the villa we were in was well maintained and great for our group of 4. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for fishing on the lake.

Beautiful setting. Friendly service. Great charter fishing. Older facility without all the amenities and not handicap accessible, but decorated nicely with log/ hunting/ fishing decor. Rooms are old but very clean.

Had a wonderful weekend, the fishing was great thanks to our guide Bob in charter #4. Stayed in the lodge, very clean and had a nice view of the charter boats in the slips. Restaurant served yummy meals - sportsman burger was our favorite. Only one complaint was with suspended ceilings in the lodge rooms it sounds like elephants dancing above you - would request top floor

Between the stains on the drop ceiling tiles, the most uncomfortable beds I've ever tried sleeping on, the paper thin walls, the water (and everything else) that smells like fish, and mish mash of fixtures from the past 50 years, I regret not sleeping in my car. I would not stay here again or recommend this to anyone who has standards. The staff is friendly but that doesn't make up for the terrible room. *Edit* After returning from a long day driving around and exploring Canada on Saturday night we discovered a live band playing in the attached bar. See above for a description of the walls to understand how well we slept that night.
