Wonderful stay at this lovely B&B directly across from the ocean. Watched the island ferry come and go, enjoyed the peaceful rocking chairs on the porch, walked to a delicious dinner. Erin and Don were perfect hosts, friendly, casual and informative while providing lots of private space. Room was clean and comfy but the winning attraction was definitely the 3 course breakfast! Each course delicious and just perfect!

This is the best Inn to stay at if looking for a place to vacation in or around the town of Lincolnville Maine, or if just needing a place to stay for a night. The ones who run the Inn, Erin and Don Shirley, are great hosts and go out of there way to make sure everything is in order and up to the needs of the guests who are staying there. The Breakfast that is served is by far better than any breakfast that you could get at a hotel or your run of the mill place. Everywhere you look from this beautiful property you have amazing views of the ocean and the surrounding geography. The Spouter Inn is also in walking distance of the beach and the main part of town. It is a beautiful area and if you are needing a place to stay, you would love staying at the Spouter Inn!

We had a fabulous weekend up at Spouter Inn B&B. We were late to arrive on Friday night-- Erin and Don were very accommodating. The breakfast was exquisite and beautifully decorated with edible flowers. Local coffee, amazing weather, and a delectable multi-course breakfast made for an unforgettable weekend!

The Inn and the owners were fantastic!! I just want to say a big thank you to the wonderful hosts (Don and Erin) for the incredible hosting and the amazing food!! The place was spotless and in such an amazing location!! Right next to the water!! Can’t wait to come back! Maria From Crete Greece!!

We spent three days here and had a great time. There other guests seemed to enjoy themselves too. Good restaurants close by. The shore is right across the street and had nice sand. Breakfasts were great with lots of variety. I'd come back
