I've scheduled my heating system tune-up&cleaning with Spring Brook, after waiting for the technician for 1.5 hrs I called them and was informed that he lost track of time at another location and won't be able to come to my place. Avoid, not reliable!

They always give us a couple bags of ice free is we spend more than 10 dollars.. love how they take into consideration how much you spend so they can give you something back.. ☆☆☆☆☆

I had my oil tank replaced in 2013, my hot water heater replaced in 2015 and my boiler replaced in 2016 by Spring Brook Oil. They were excellent in dealing with them. They were very professional in every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
