The Tomasso group ILLEGALLY had my car towed while I was in the cardiologist's office at One Liberty Square in New Britain with my son, parked in a legal parking space. When I went to the (Tomasso) office to inquire about my car the (extremely rude) woman informed me that I would need to pay to get my car back and pay for car fare to get to where they towed my car. She finally called the towing company and told them to release my car without payment, but I still had to pay for the cab fare to get there. I have been told that this is a very common occurrence (multiple times a day) and I can only assume that they are somehow connected to the towing company. There was a list of many many vehicles on the computer screen that were towed that day. Making money off of innocent people just going to the doctor's office is absolutely disgraceful! Note-I needed to click on at least one star to submit this review, but they do not deserve any stars.
