I stay here every time I'm in Storrs! So close to UConn while in a quaint environment. Lee and Diane are the best hosts and I feel like I'm staying with family every time I come. They have been recently renovating the inn which include more rooms in the main building. The renovations are beautiful and I look forward to my next visits!

We have been visiting the Altnaveigh for more than 10 years.  It is simply our favorite dining experience in Connecticut, and rivals any cuisine I have had in my travels over the years.  The food is expertly prepared, tastefully presented, and as flavorful as any I have experienced. Of course, it is in the middle of New England, so it doesn't have nor does it pretend to have the urban nuances of restaurants I have visited in New York, Boston, Washington, DC--and that is fine with me!  Tonight is my wife and my 32nd wedding anniversary, and you know where we are going!
