I am very happy with the service that Springer Roofing provided. Everything was done and complied as they promised.  No problems at all. I was doing 3 other things at my house at the same moment I was having my roof done and I can say that the only company that didn’t give me any issues at all was Springer. I’m very pleased with their service and the owner even replied to all my messages when I had questions. Strongly recommend and already recommended to my friends.

Had this company install a new roof on my house. I cannot express how happy I was with the product and cost. Listen, roofs are a big investment- best get a company that knows what they are doing. I am in the construction industry and know a thing or two about contractors. I can honestly say Springer Roofing is a trustworthy company that gives you an excellent product. The owner is very knowledgeable and informative.

I'll start by saying- As a lawyer I clearly understand the responsibility of a business owner and the homeowner.  

This experience was bad one for me.  Misrepresentations on cost of straps for my roof to the tune of $2300 in additional costs.   Email me for more specifics.  

I was also taken on the roof and told that two solar vents would be OK installed - only to be told later that I was given the wrong I'll information- and the only solutions available at that point were building an ugly tower on my roof or coating my roof with a questionable coating that energyStar advises is not very effective.  

Down to the very end, nothing was smooth.  The owner asked me where I would like the extra tiles left - the tiles were not left there.  Clumps of concrete splattered in the yard.   

This review will be followed by a complaint to the BBB.

One last note... If you read other reviwers who say not to listen to other negative reviews- that's a RED FLAG! 
It's the equivalent of saying, " I've never experienced racism, so it doesn't exist".  Ignorant !

Good people, honest and got the job on time wishing budget.  I took bids from 10 roofers and Steven truly provided me the most value.  Couldn't ask for more.
