On this day we (the Cohen Family) finalized all matters concerning the replacement of our roof. The construction began on December 26, 2017. From the beginning the crew was timely, efficient, and hard working. Management was always cooperative keeping us up to date to all matters concerning start up dates and processes and finalization of the project. On site managerial staff, Jorge Mosquera, was outstanding. Jorge was always available, always willing to answer all our questions, and always professional. Jorge was able to make an extremely important situation concerning our home as smooth as humanely possible. Jorge provided the clarity to all of our important and detailed questions. The entire T & S crew was professional and did a job that we are more than satisfied with. We would certainly recommend this roofing company and Jorge on to others.

First consultation with Mr. Suarez was excellent.  Explained every phase of the roofing project from start to finish. Jorge our project manager guided and kept us informed every step of the way. Roof is now completed and it only took 2 weeks. I decided to replace my entire fascia and it really made a huge different to the final esthetic look to our roof. Very happy with the final product. Thank you T&S!

T&S Roofing provides a 5 Star experience from start to finish. Their proposal was by far the most thorough and professional that I have received for any contract work, complete with their license info, insurance info, references, pictures, and 2 different options. Leo Toledo was very professional, and objective when discussing our options between repair and replacement, and he answered all of our questions (even coming back a 2nd time after we received our proposal). Once we agreed to proceed, we were assigned a project manager named Troy Davis who came to our house to meet with us, and outline the entire process from start to finish. From that point on, Troy kept us informed on the progress of work and next steps. Every member of the crew was very courteous, and respectful of our property, and our bordering neighbor’s property too. At the end of every day, they cleaned up all construction debris, building materials, and tools to ensure the area was safe for us all, including my daughter and dog who are always playing outside. When the job was complete, and finished ahead of schedule despite numerous rain delays (and Hurricane Irma), the end result far exceeded any of our expectations. We are extremely happy with the work they did, and have already recommended them to several friends and family members. I absolutely recommend T&S Roofing, and am thankful for the work, Leo, Troy, and their entire crew did to replace our roof.

I didn’t think the process of getting a new roof would be so easy. T&S Roofing and their team have made this experience so easy and seamless with level of professionalism and expertise that is hands down fantastic! My husband and I were blown away with their proposal, which included copies of important documents, referrals, photos and 2 detailed options. Once the project got started, their team was efficient, tidy and had an attention to detail that far exceeded my expectations. The lines of communication with our project manager, Troy were open and clear. No surprises or disappointments. Considering the storm and many rain delays the project was finished in a very timely manner and our roof is AMAZING! Thank you T&S Roofing! #adultingmadeeasy

I have recommended T & S to many of my real estate clients because they get the job done in a timely fashion and I have yet to have any complaints. They always pass their inspections and their roofs always come out great. The project manager Johny is punctual and always available. They always keep a clean job site and are careful not to damage any property. Overall great service and more importantly they get the job done on time, which is very important for my clients
