I use to love American Airlines because they got in you in quick and on time but this morning was the worst experience. I drove two hours to get there like a normally do twice a month to ship puppies across the states. A lady named Michelle checked in a dog I was shipping to its owner and she was beyond rude with me the WHOLE HOUR I was there. She embarrassed me the way she talked to me. She asked if I brought tape to tape the food to the top, which I didn’t because they always do it for me at the desk. She threw the tape roll at me also in a rude way. I’m still in disbelief how I was treated and I will make sure that American will no longer get any business from me.

Going through security was great. Gate staff and plane crew great but the ground crew had not fueled the plane and it was here last night. It wasn't de-iced, they don't know if they did the security sweep of the plane itself so had to disembark and most likely everyone on board will miss their connecting flights in Denver. Can we say a cluster and no one other than the pilot seems to care. So I don't know if this is an airport major screw-up or if it is United. But someone needs to be held accountable and customers should be compensated with refunds. Back on plane but they are short ground crew and still waiting to be de-iced. We did get a new confirmed connecting flight but this is almost funny with the amount of delays. Over an hr behind now.

ITS  A NICE PLACE EXCEPT FOR THE PLOICE IS TO OVER THEM SELF SO WE GO OTHER PLACES TO FLY OUT OF.

This is an amazing airport! Allegiant has direct flights to Orlando/Sanford so much cheaper than everyone else and the price you pay to fly the other airlines is well worth it to be able to fly out of this great little airport. Clean, security is easy to navigate and a great little coffee shop/Cafe. It's always a pleasure flying in and out of SGF!

This airport is a complete joke. I was delayed for 5 hours because they didn't have a mechanic to do a simple maintenance procedure. The time before this I went to this airport and I sat on the tarmac for two and a half hours because they couldn't heat up at the de icing liquid. This airport is a small-town joke and these people cannot do their jobs, go somewhere else if you can!!!
