Excellent service at a very competitive fixed price
Wanted to pre-book a taxi from the airport to the city to Branson and for the return journey and decided to use this firm as their website clearly set out the fixed prices that would be charged and the prices quoted seemed really competitive - we paid $85 for the three of us. 

Booking on the website was easy although there did seem to be some confusion over our hotel's name. But this was quickly and easily remedied by the company after an e-mail exchange. 

On arrival at Springfield Branson Airport, He phoned to say he was just entering the airport and to check where we were waiting which was all good customer service.  we had a very pleasant and relaxed drive into town with a very pleasant driver. 

Coming back the driver actually turned up a little bit early and got us back to the airport in very good time. 

Very impressed with this company - particularly for being so up-front with the costs of a journey - and would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Just got a ride home from Adam Elaska and he was awesome!! Very courteous, kind, quick, and affordable! 

100% would recommend to a friend!!

My girlfriend needed a ride so she wouldnt have to walk in the cold so i called this cab company a bunch of times and each time no one answered. I wont ever be calling this cab company again. who ever answers the phone needs to learn to pick the damn thing up and answer

Not even in business anymore he is picking people up in a personal car with no commercial insurance and Royal Taxi is being sent some of his calls
