This hotel is new and modern with quite large rooms, even compared to other "suite" hotels where it's all in one room. There is a nice desk area and plenty of plugs for charging devices. The hot breakfast was tasty and a bit above average, especially the fresh strawberries. Agave syrup was a available, which us unusual, but no dairy alternative. While the room is large, the layout creates issues, especially for a family. It is a very long, narrow room and the bath is along one of the long walls at the foot of the beds. The door is transparent glass, so the light shines right into the eyes of whoever is in bed. There are several lights in the bathroom but only one switch, so it's all or nothing. They really need a nightlight in the bathroom, and an opaque door. This hotel was quiet, except that we could clearly hear car noise from the parking lot as if it were right outside the window, yet we were on the 3rd floor. There was also a nearly constant hum or buzz that was quite loud and would occasionally ramp up in pitch and volume. No idea what it was but it kept me awake. That said, it is a very nice hotel with friendly staff.

Loved this hotel! Stopped here on our way back from Philadelphia. The rooms are clean, spacious & I loved the modern bathrooms. We slept well & enjoyed a plentiful breakfast before we continued on our journey. (They have Nutella & agave syrup!? You also can’t beat the price - a room for $90 in a NICE hotel. I’d also like to commend the staff for having the pack & play set up in our room before we arrived. That makes such a difference when traveling with a baby! We arrived after 11pm & tired from driving. We were able to check-in with ease & get to sleep quickly thanks to the great service. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

I have been staying at Springhill Suites at least once a month for almost 2 years now. The rooms are clean and "homey". The staff is friendly and most even know my name and my preferences. It makes me feel welcomed when I walk through the door and the person on the front desk (Melinda, Brandon, Tyler, Angelia, Melissa) address me by name. I appreciate if I have a question or concern, the immediate and personal attention I receive. Thank you all for the warm welcomes and validation that I am valued to your establishment!!

A beautiful hotel but the General Manager was not helpful. We discovered a billing issue and the first time I had to get it taken care of nobody could get ahold of the General Manger however the Assistant General Manager tried to help. Melinda was very helpful, however the billing issue one week later still didn't get fixed and resulted in a worse issue (My travel card getting shut off due to lack of follow through). I called for four hours attempting to get the issue resolved but no luck with the general manager. So after calling customer service who was more helpful he finally sent just an email with the original credit. The customer service manager attempted to contact the General Manger but the front desk representative, Jeff who tried his best had stated his GM had taken lunch. The customer service representative agreed this spoke volumes about how unprofessional this was. Total Cost to me $314 for Original Stay $18 Charge to get new travel card after issue $319.01 put on my personal card due to Marriott having my travel card messed up $104 Credit after one week and two hours of phone calls. =43 People have been instructed we will no longer be supporting Marriott and we will switch to a different chain. Please don't hesitate to contact for me information

Very comfortable, spacious, clean, have washers and dryers available for guests free. Great water pressure. Have stayed 4 times now as a layover. Like the app to know when your room is ready.
