Spacious and comfortable rooms. If you were staying here for business or a slightly longer stay you wouldn't go wrong. The lobby is nice and open with a bar, lounge, outdoor patio with heat, and a small office area. It's in a convenient location with the ability to just take a walk around downtown. Only complaint is there's a separate $6 per day parking fee for their lot. You'd think that'd be something included in the price...

I am a frequent traveler with my work schedule and stay exclusively at Marriott properties.  There are plenty of positives to say about this property.  Great downtown location, large room, clean, updated, etc.

My complaint is this is an incredibly loud hotel room.  I’ve been here for 2 nights and it literally sounds like a heard of buffalos are walking on the floor above me. It went on until 11:30 pm one night and started at 5:00am and I’m awake from the moment they get up and are active in their room until they leave.  I use a sound machine and it doesnt even come close to drowning out the noise.  The crazy thing is it’s just normal walking from one area of the room to another. 

My advice. Request a top floor or request a room with no one above you.  I usually stay at the Courtyard in GJ  and from now on I will only stay here if they can guarantee a top floor room.  But most likely I will stay at The Courtyard as I’ve not experienced the noise that I have at this hotel. 

I travel so much that I truly feel the sound level at this hotel is completely unacceptable and not typical of new Marriott properties  and I’m exhausted and grouchy.

The staff was helpful.  The breakfast was fresh and watm. The location was excellent.  However,  the walls were thin. I could hear both sides of a phone conversation happening next to me. A television show in a room that was 4 rooms down could be heard in my room

I have delivered food here multiple times. I have no reason to stay here unless I want a getaway from my house in town so I have yet to stay here, but the main entrance is very nice. The rooms, from what I have seen from the outside of them, look nice. The pool is in a large indoor room, there is a fireplace outside in the front, and there is a bar for guests.
