The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because I wish the breakfast offered a source of protein like hard boiled eggs nothing fancy.  You get your money's worth for what you pay per night.  The staff is friendly and helpful and it has been a family run business for literally decade's and I will happily stay here again on my next visit, which will make stay #3.

Bee and her staff are very welcoming. They went above and beyond to help us with a fantastic room. The beds are nice and cozy.

There was some ants in the bathroom that came out from the walls. As well as the rooms being musty when we arrived. The only 2 things that were redeeming was a ice machine for coolers and a decent free breakfast.

This is an okay room for an overnight stay. It was kind of smelly. Pretty small. Room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast was not that appealing. No kids cereals. My kids ate toast and then we went to Burger King. The desk people were nice enough. The pool was small but, it was clean and nice. I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again unless I had to.

Clean rooms and the bed was actually comfortable. Really good value for a quick overnighter if your passing through Grand Junction
