Rooms were very nice. The heating unit in the room was very loud when it kicked on. The cleaning staff weren't very good. They didn't stock the room and we ran out of several items including toliet paper. Asked the front desk to give us extra and he asked me if I was sure the room was out. Breakfast the first day was great the second day was out of several things. There is a good selection to choose from.

I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are also well taken care of with nice decor. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The internet service needs improved though.

Rooms are big and clean. Jacuzzi jets are weak but the hot tub and salt water pool downstairs make up for it. There is no restaurant in hotel but plenty are around. Highway noise is noticeable but not bothersome. King suite with jacuzzi did not have arm chair as advertised so there's only room for 4 to sit. Bed was comfy although dented from use. Only 1premium channel and not all the channels were provided that were shown on TVGuide network. Price is decent for a suite. Breakfast is only til 9. They allow early check-in.

Stay on the 5th floor. Clean room. Great location for shopping. Lovely staff. The pool was clean. Good variety for breakfast.

Staff was to busy chatting with each other to care about what we needed just a ok experience i guess at best maybe u will have a better stay
