We had a really nice stay here while in town to see a show at The Paramount. We loved being so close to Capitol Hill for coffee and dinner, and the rooms were better than we expected. The front door is off the main street, which struck me as a bit odd, but makes sense with the valet. Staff were friendly and greeted us in the hallways. Breakfast had a variety of good options, and it was one of the most popular breakfasts at a hotel I've seen. Often it feels like the kitchen takes short cuts when preparing foods, but not this one! The towels for the hot tub were surprisingly soft/thick, but not exceptionally large. There are showers in the pool area. The gym window looks into the pool area, which parents used to observe their kids playing in the water.

Nice hotel in an older building. Fairly well modernized and kept up especially in the room decor, but the hvac system is a bit older. Great staff, very helpful and friendly, with decent prices for this area of Seattle.... But of course the expenses lie in the details, like valet parking, in hotel meals, etc. Beds are good but not awesome. Noise level is fairly low from within the hotel but there is a bit of noise from the freeway skies and city.... It is very much in the heart of Seattle.

I travel a lot for work and strictly stay at Marriott Hotels. My first and only experience at this specific hotel was horrible. My family went to the pool, where a drugged up homeless guy entered pool area, took a few videos with his phone, then got completely naked to enter the pool, so I quickly shuffled my family (wife and 4 kids) out. I reported it to the front desk, where they responded with hesitation, instead of hustle; as if this was a regular occurrence. I was wondering how the guy got into the hotel, do they have surveillance? I'm glad I accompanied my kids to the pool, as it could have been a much different scenario. The actual accommodations were great!

Rooms are small, but good enough to sleep and shower. Breakfast is really good! Hot tub available and works well! Too far away from attractions to walk. If on business travel, this place will suit your needs.

My stay at Springhill Suites was extremely pleasant! The staff was very accommodating and polite and my room was EXTREMELY clean! Also their lotion smells AMAZING, took as much of that as I could. Would highly recommend!
