Proximity to link rail and food options is great. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Try to request an interior room due to street and stadium noise. Jimmy's has acceptable food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but you might find yourself wanting to take a ten minute walk down the street to try something else. Definitely will be staying here again.

Awesom staff!! Quite and clean!! Definitely provided WOW service! They get it and make it a part of their culture to hire educated and caring staff. Highly recommend. One thing I would change is some of their billing structure and policies. Making sure guests are well aware of there share of the billing requirements. We were on a business trip and we wound up maxing out our credit card unknowingly for food expenses. There was a big misunderstanding This was not brought to our attention until I received an alert from our CC that our balance was low.??? Other than that, efficient and amazing customer service!

Love this hotel and the staff is so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. They also have a complimentary shuttle that has 5 drop off areas including pikes market and space needle. Includes cruise ship drop off and pick up. Fabulous Jimmy's restaurant too and enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Luis the Concierge and shuttle driver Big Mike took great care of us.

A + ! These people really care about guests! Front desk is so nice and accommodating! We have arrived little to early for check-in and they work really hard to get us in! So nice! Rooms are amazing! Location is epic! Well maintained, everything was perfect!

The rooms were nice, staff in the restaurant down stairs was very nice and friendly. We had to walk to and from one of our destinations because the shuttle at the hotel only had certain times they were running as well as they told us the wait time would be approx 15 min and we ended up waiting 20. After being in 30 degree weather we decided to walk the 15 min back to the hotel.
