Very nice and clean. Great shopping and dining all within 10-15 minute drive. Nice outdoor swimming pool and very warm and inviting front desk clerks.

Delores at the front desk is so delightful, and full of joy! We just loved her at check in! Beds are verrry comfortable, rooms very clean... and a nice breakfast!

The rooms are cozy and quiet. Separate bed space from sitting area. Swivel television for easy viewing if you're in the bed or on the couch in the sitting area. Toilet and shower is separated which I absolutely love when traveling with multiple guest. One can be showering while the other uses the restroom. It's nestled back up in the Tampa Palms community surrounded by preserves and close to the intestate for convenience of traveling throughout the Tampa Bay area. Front desk is hands down the best in customer service and hospitality. This will be our new home away from home!

Water won't get hot for shaving or shower several days in row, gym is disgusting, looks like housekeeping doesn't go in there.  Constantly out of coffee.  Otherwise the staff is nice and the rooms are fine.

The rooms are modern and clean. The staff was very nice. Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is right off the exit too
