Exceptional service, but Nancy at the front desk made our experience superb. She was delightful from the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out. The room was clean and big. My wife and I will most definitely stay here again. Standout service.

The hotel is a bit out of the way. With traffic it is a bit hard to get to West side of Tampa. The hotel itself is good. Very friendly front desk. The room is clean.

Very nice hotel in quiet location. Nothing is really walking distance so download Uber&Lyft and enter code UADUW for first ride free up to $20! Works for both apps

Its ok. Midown hotel. No english speaking staff. Makes stay difficult. Clean but older hotel.

We liked the convenience of a late checkout  (12 pm). The room has a small living room with a full size pull out bed. Rooms were clean. It has a jacuzzi next to the pool. For breakfast they offered fruits, cornflakes, muffins, bread, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties; but didn't have waffles.
