Wife got locked out of her phone, only way to get into it was finger print. If the phone had been shut off she would be completely locked out like she is now. Due to the stupid manager here at this store. He googled how to unlock it. Then locked it completely. With no way around it, other than the pin that is lost. I will NEVER return to this store. If i could give no stars i would.

The costumer service here is so shady, dishonest, and sleazy.  When trying to return a phone and data plan, the manager tried to shove a Samsung tablet down my throat in an effort to change my mind.  I refused firmly several times over and every time he kept pushing harder and harder.  Unbelievably offensive and rude.  The employees at this location were total stoner punks. Rude, disrespectful, foul mouthed kids swearing in total earshot of costumers.  

  Stay clear of Sprint, seriously. The cell phone reception is a joke.  I live in the middle of town and had zero reception inside my house. As soon as you go into any store, zero reception.  I was on roaming almost the entire three days I had Sprint. I'm not sure how this company is still in business.  Spend the few extra dollars on a better company, it's worth it.

Couldn't even merge. Anyone in traffic knows how to merge but sprint couldn't figure it out
