Super friendly staff! Helped my find what I needed, and set me up with the rewards program.

Just found out the card I paid cash for for a year is no good. They offer a coupon to reimburse me. I PAID cash not with a coupon. This is just a scam to make us buy the new card. This should be looked at, Perhaps a class action suit.
