I recently made the switch from Verizon to sprint and I’m extremely happy with my service. The workers were very helpful and answered all my questions. They hooked me up with all the current promos that were going on at the time, which included a speaker for the new phone I purchased and 2 Pokemon Go promo codes.

If i had a preferred sprint store, it would be the one in the sandusky mall. They are friendly, personable, and make me feel welcomed. They help solve any problem and they have great customer service i will definitely be back.

STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT!   Sprint coverage area is falsely advertised for the Great Lake Erie region.  I switched from Verizon to Sprint thinking that I could reduce my monthly costs for my family only to find that the coverage was horrible.  Soon after switching I began calling sprint complaining of the dropped calls, undelivered text messages and the inability to access my apps or get updates. I literally felt like the old Verizon commercials where I was walking around in circles and / or several yards away holding my phone up in the air hoping to receive a signal.  As a mother trying to reach her children and vice verse this can be very upsetting as well as a safety factor.  Unfortunately due to business travel I exceeded the "14 day" return so I found myself stuck with paying $250.00 a month with barely any service.  Several complaints later, tech support and new sims cards......still nothing.  They offer no assistance whatsoever so as a consumer you are stuck. As long as I have been an mps customer my trying out the benefit of service for Sprint  .first of all I had to wait for the sales team members of this area to dump garbage bags and God bless always closings the store on a Saturday evening the day before Easter was not properly to me. I Am going to give them the benefit of this matter.

Experience here was terrible. I had a representative tell me I needed to purchase the phone simply because they had opened the box to show me the device before I made my choice. This is an unacceptable and shady business practice. I'll never shop at this location again, and will be terminating my business with Sprint at the earliest possible time.
