Went to pick up print ink cartridges, wasn't where they usually are. 3-4 employees huddled together, had to interrupt them talking, to get help. Then the newest employee helped me somewhat.

I don't understand what's happening here. The associates don't wear name tags. There was NO ONE in Electronics, except someone who doesn't work for Target? There is merchandise all over the floor, the shelves aren't stocked, what is in stock is a mess. I hate that my girlfriend likes shopping here. Most Targets are expensive, but have a higher standard. THIS Target has no target, it's bottom of the barrel.
