Buyer Beware!  On 4/6/2017, I went into the store to change from another provider to Sprint.  I ordered 4 phones and paid the down payment. I later that day learned that Sprint could not provide everything we needed, so I promptly called back the next morning and cancelled the order.  I was charged $874.00 on my card on 4/6/2017.  Today is 7/25/17 and I am still waiting on my refund.  I have called  the sales person numerous times,  been in the store in person, spoke to management, called customer service, and they all tell me the same.  "I am looking into it, and will call you back."   Enough is enough!   Buyer Beware!  Stick with your current provider.  I would hate to see how they handle a billing error!

In response to the reply to my post, I HAVE called Customer Care several times!!!!!!  It has not helped to get my money back.  Perhaps you should read my post again!

So I recently went to the new Sprint location located down near JC Penny's  in Turkey Creek to get a upgraded new phone.  I have been with Sprint for 3 years.   I received amazing customer service from this location and from Ross Monroe.  I was confused about my upgrade options and wasn't sure what to do until Ross explained everything to me in simple terms and it was a done deal.   I can't say enough about the service I got as an existing customer.   I had been with Verizon for 9 years before switching to Sprint.   You should switch now for the existing current customer service and the great coverage in Knoxville.   Verizon only cares abut new lines or new customers.    Its better than Verizon!!!! " I will never go back!!!"

Called the Sprint Store about getting my phone activated, but since it was a factory unlocked international phone, they gave me a bunch of BS about how I needed a master unlock key, and told me that it would be a 72 hour issue. Obviously that wasn't true, but if he had been honest with me I would have been able to get things taken care of before the stores I needed to visit closed. I guess commission is a powerful motivator to try and get me to get a Sprint phone rather than bringing in my own. As you can imagine, I'll be speaking to corporate.
