While I had some technical issues with my service, the staff at the store have been wonderful. They took time to explain and assist in all ways possible. Easy to deal with and extremely friendly. I will be recommending this service and this store.

The service in this T-Mobile store is outstanding.  All the staff are so friendly and helpful.  I was there for several hours while they worked to resolve my phone issues, which they did.  I will keep my business at this store.

Always nice and willing to help employees. They actually know thier stuff. I am glad T-Mobile has finally decided to consider the Knoxville market a suitable market and have a store (and many more towers) in one of the most visited malls in the area. I recommend this store for all T-Mobile needs.

My husband and I absolutely love this store! Every time we walk into the store we are treated better than family. Everyone on staff always greets us by name and makes sure that we are completely satisfied with our phones and service. Jennifer and Shari are fantastic and make sure that I get the best deals on new phones, tablets, and service. Because of the outstanding staff: Jennifer, Shari,  Lance, Jenn, Bradford, and Loren, we know every time we need something, whether it is an account question or a new device, we will be taken care of quickly, accurately, and with a smile. It is because of the staff at this store that we are such loyal T-Mobile customers.
