Paul Iradi is an awful manager and the customer service is abysmal. I went in on a wednesday and got a new phone plan and phone. I was quoted $87.00, I was happy with that for unlimited and 1 line. I got the bill the following saturday for $115.00 I quickly went to the nearest sprint store which happened to be nashua and it turns out this "mom and pop" retailer is notorious for swindling and causing headaches. I was told with the options I had it was 100% impossible for me to get a price that low and that they straigh up lied to me to make a sale. I went back home gathered the box and went to the outlet store. I waited 30-45 minutes after the manager of the store Paul Iradi told me it would only be 10 minutes. When I was finally serviced he didn't say a word, he didn't try to re-earn my business, he didnt apologize for wasting a few hours of my day and he didn't confirm that my account was closed (I had to call corporate and get confirmation that way by waiting an hour). This hack fraud store shouldn't be open and Paul Iradi is the worst manager I've ever had to deal with. Thanks for having your employee's lie to make a sale and wasting 3 hours of my day on sunday.

Shoutout to Kevin for helping me get the data out of old phone and helping me trade it in !! Got me a new phone, charger, case & protector all free bc he helped me get my old phone to work. Really great experience, very smart guys, great service, really glad I stopped by there after work! :D

Worst experience with not just cell but any retail in general.  Employee was uninformed and untrained and mis quoted us by $204. AFTER we ported our number over. Have been waiting 2 weeks for refund to my card for 2 phones we never even left the store with and manger will not returnd my calls. They are a authorized retailer not a sprint store and they are usless for anything but headaches and stress and taking money.
