14 year sprint customer. 
Next time I will call!
 I had a bad experience dealing with the store employees, they were very pushy and focused only on selling me the most expensive phones and contracts. Overall I felt I was treated poorly. Later I called sprint who's phone rep quickly addressed my needs and I had new phone delivered to my door the next.

Just went there for changing address on account and that guy did it in seconds. Best service. Good store though.

Terrible. Staff was not pleasant what so ever. A simple upgrade turned into a nightmare. I was charged an upgrade fee when customer service told me I would not. Then the know it all assistant manager had to return the transaction because his employee who clearly was I'm training hit cash instead of card for the transaction. Had to wait for customer service to fix the issue. Only to have to wait for an even longer time to get my phone activated. Over all a very bad experience here. Just buy from customer service avoid these cocky idiots.

Place looks a mess people are not in uniform. More concerned with the music playing then the actual customer. Worst place to shop.
