Absolutely horrible customer service from this store’s “manager” Zach Chandler. We purchased 2 new iPhones X’s on 12/28/2017, also adding a new line (from Verizon). He refused to offer a refund for the activation fees, despite us going back to the store 3 times and my husband’s phone not downloading apps properly. He was not helpful in assisting us to troubleshoot the problem.  He would not give us his boss’s contact information and said he basically reports to the VP of Sprint. He said he would give us his boss’s first name, but no contact information. Really? So we went to the sprint store in Dublin, where we are actually receiving service. I also called Sprint Customer service and they refunded the $60 activation fee with no issues. I also filed a complaint with Sprint customer service. If you don’t want to help customers, get out of the customer service business! I will say his direct reports are very nice and helpful, maybe promote one of them to manager.

Today I walked into this store with a horribly cracked iPhone 6s -- literally destroyed, stuck on the power/on screen, another 6s in better quality, and an expired, or I guess "up", contract with Sprint... and let me start off by saying I left the store with two brand new iPhone 7plus' and a tablet. All of this for only a few hundred bucks. Did I mention new cases too? But honestly, today I received the best customer service I have *ever* received in my 17 years of life. Let me tell you about Omar... this guy shows up to work 30 minutes... EARLY... everyday. His co-worker joked with him that he was "late" in the store but he was actually on time, something that is apparently very rare. Not only was Omar really cool and friendly, but it's rare that you find someone that will empathize with an irresponsible teen with a broken phone. He worked out the best plan that he possibly could for me and my mom, and even worked in a few perks like the free tablet. Omar is fantastic? And this google review is the least I can do for this guy. He genuinely cares about his customers -- and their wallets -- and I hope he gets recognized for his hard work very soon. :o)

I have been coming to this store for two years, and have always had an incredible experience.  The whole staff is friendly, professional and always make me feel welcomed.   I would highly recommend this store for all your Sprint needs!

I recently switched over from Verizon to Sprint and had a great experience here. Two guys helped me out and I felt they both were very knowledgeable about the phone and plans offered. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and even during the busy 6PM rush, they seemed to be helping every person in order as quickly as possible. I'm saving about $20 a month on my plan versus Verizon and have not had one issue with signal/service since switching. They have upgraded their towers and it seems to work just as well if not better. I love my new phone and they assisted me with setting all my apps and transferring all contacts and photos the same day. I will definitely be back to this location.
