I had been to At least 10 different T mobile stores to try to get my phone fixed or figure out my best options all in witch tryed  to sell me a new phone. Until I ran in to the store manager at this location.(I believe he’s name was Tyler)he resolved my problem immediately with no questions ask and got me on my way. Very friendly people and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is setting up new services or just in need of some help with the service you have .... thanks Tyler

So Mr. Tyler here sold me a Note8 which I bought as a gift. When I got home I noticed the box had no seal on it whatsoever and the phone was covered with finger prints and smudges. The phone had no factory protector on it. It was obvious the phone was used and was sold to me as a brand new unit. 
     I went back to the store 30 mins later and was told by Tyler that the only way he will exchange the phone for a new one is if I paid $50.  
I called customer support they resolved the issue. 
Tyler also added the insurance plan on my account which I never asked for and was never informed of until I saw the bill. He does not deserve to be a manager.

I wanted to express the satisfactory service I received from Tyler who is a manager at this location.  He went above and beyond his job duties to provide the best customer service I've ever had. We need more leaders and people like Tyler! Thank you again for your great service.  Because of him I'm truly happy to be a T-Mobile customer!

They don't know how to deal with customers. Asking unnecessary questions and wasted my time. They deserve zero star.
