It was a great family own place until the owner decided to retire after 20 plus years working 8am to 9 pm daily. The new owner is amazingly great at customer service that I almost scream and walk out. As usual routine I paid for what I usually get and for 10 years I was too used to the price. Gave the cash and the lady said $1.50 more so I asked if the price changed overnight because of supply and demand. The respond was "You can go get anywhere else I don't care". I thought I was the only one had that experience and found out later that many people get the sh***y attitude from the same ugly woman. The new owner seem like she thinks she bought it with $250K and she does not have to care about anyone and I wish someone else with great personality get it. Everything is over priced and seem they are trying to make themselves rich very quick or drive the business into the drain. I can tell they are not serious about the business but the money from oversea need to show as investment to get all the benefits. I would suggest to find another store in the area and not deal with the negative energy at your own cost.
