YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THE BUNDLE OR INSURANCE. These people tried to rip us of and lie to us by saying we "had to buy insurance and bundles" with our phones. Even after we called their manager on duty, they STILL tried to get over on us. Daniel came out and resolved the situation. He kicks ass, but the store overall is a joke. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU

Went in and and the two girls behind the desk had no concern. Sure they said hello and asked if I had any questions as any clerk would but as I said I was just looking around they went back to chatting about how another girl who supposedly worked there had bad numbers in terms of performance. Incredibly in professional. I walked around looking at accessories for 5 or more minutes with no interaction. Found one phone hanging on to the security bracket but only just. Probably could have removed it no problem. Finally asked what their current promotion was, she explained it shortly and when asked a follow up question of how prices may change she said that at upgrade they can call and fix the plan back, making me concerned of what that means for tenure of plans. Very poor service. Not sure if they should be worried about that one girls performance or their own..

I would rate the two worst Sprint retail Wireless lifestyle store with two thumbs Down. As a loyal Customer and an expert retail Customer Service Job discription. I have to say, the two Sales associates at Alameda Landing. 
The address is 2670 5th Street D. Alameda CA 94501. Today and yesturday was a complet nightmare. The Sales staff demonstrated levels or poor understanding of their Obligations as a sales Associate or even what their reles should Lok like. I saw no trace of professional, respected, accountable adult Sales Associates . At. this particular store today the young ladies bebehaved rude to me and refuded to provied me with the stores Managers Fall Name and Number.  I called in First from a Spint Corporate store sehe refuded me the Name and in the store. I explained my situation and the preceeded as If they wer willing to actually so their Jobs. But to My suprise the created discord with me while My für yeah Gold daughter was present. I spoke in reguard to it and I Identified myself as uninterested in disrespecting them or myself. Clearly these ladies demonstrated themselves as poorly trained Sales Associated who DiD not Value their Jobs or their loyalty towards myself as a loyal Customer.
The Managemet team droped the ball. It was truly a sad circus show.  I am disaponted and outrage overoutrage the madness and treatment.
The other poorly trained store associates who failed to So liess than anything lining up with their Job duties.  It was another Wireles lifestyle retail Sprintstore at 2298-B South Shore. Center in. CA 94501. 
 in Alameda at 94501.  The male Associate continued to lie and screw up My account in stead  of seeking Upper Management help. On the 20th of June 2017, the male Associate and female Associate conducted themselves at  first. with what I thought to be customer Service. But to My suprise they started playing Chase in the store and ran  out the store. I looked at them in disapointment and in Shock. I guess they felt I did  not matter or beleived I deserve to be treated as a Sprint valued loyal Customer. I got their attention for a brief Minute so I could use the store phone to help assist myself.
The male Associate who stated to be the store Manager. He allowed a staff who 
left early and totally forgot anything pertaining to helping me. He accomplish nothing with helping me with Purchase a Phone or fix my Account before Closing store and Sprints Customer care Department Closing time.
 I had two of My children with me and I Truly needed to have a  phone   because I have children and I am without any mobil device going on day three. So these two stores and Sprint Incorported receives zero stars for not appreciating the real Stars. who should Rally matter and hat is all Customer who keep you some what relavent in today Wireless cellphone market. I think these employees set poor examples as leaders of today because they all conducted themselves as argumentive, hostal attitudes, and no respect for accountability for the job discription or Customer Service at its finest.
